Ok, I've read through the sub forums and stuff but not sure if i missed this or not but: Are there any law types in the city? What sort of creatures/people can be found in and about the city? Are they demon like or more humanoid? Any restrictions on entrance to the palace? Any specific language spoken in the city? What about writings, is their sign posts showing directions or is it more of a pictionary type thing? Like for example is there a mug of ale for the Tavern, a sword and shield for the Armoury or that sort of thing?
Sorry if this is a bit much but i didn't want to impeach on anyones thoughts of the city by making it up as i go along

Law is difficult in Midian. It was and is a realm of petulance and decadence. To that end, there are very few true laws. There is a basic 'police' type presence set up by the King of Midian long ago, but they are of course corrupt and uncaring, usually only following on 'justice' if personal gain is to be achieved.
The laws mainly upheld will be those set up by the populace, such as if you steal, expect to be stolen from, if you kill, expect to be killed, or someone close to be killed.
Maybe as you'd expect, laws surrounding money are the most frequent, governing general commerce as you'd see it governed almost anywhere else. Trade works the same in Midian as it does everywhere else, which is why there exists the Black Market.
As for species in Midian, it's whatever you want. ANY creature can come to Midian, be it a humanoid with wings or a massive glass orb full of pineapples that is somehow sentient. Although fruit based characters tend to disappear.
No restrictions in regards to entering the Palace, just expect Luna to be annoyed if you damage anything, though it will self-repair.
Every language is spoken in the city. The most common ones vary from English to Demontongue. Once a French man was spotted.
As for signage it'd be a mix, there would be no council or anything to have them put up so it'd be down to the locals, so you can expect a bit of a mish mash.
If anything here isn't accurate Luna will sort, or add as needed.

I think Drax just about covered everything with his post. The key thing to remember is that all realms connect to Midian (even if they are not aware) The idea of this was to allow any older characters you might have who belong to another time and place to be able to start a story within Midian that was entirely plausible. A pet hate of mine is having a well established character with an RP history you have worked on building but being unable to use them in a new RP community. For this reason, just about every language imaginable is spoken, there are few 'natives' of Midian, 98% of the population are immigrants form other realms. As you can imagine, it's pretty diverse in culture. Law is pretty primitive as Drax explained above. When RP-ing in the city itself, just let your imagination control the story. If you want to battle a dragon the size of a planet, feel free, just inform the other players if something cataclysmic will take place, it wont make sense if they don't react. And don't apologise about asking questions I hadn't even THOUGHT about how the people of Midian would know where they were going without sign posts, so, good thing you bought it up. I suppose Drax is right, if inhabitants of Midian wanted customers, they'd erect their own signs/advertisements. Any other questions you have, just ask away ^_^ Luna.

Sweet thanks guys, I'm slowly gonna get Balthazar into the palace. But ofcourse he has got to survive going across the city first ;D Should be quite fun atleast to get him across the city full of different races and stuff, maybe even a few demons he has killed in the past. That'd be fun......oh no not more ideas >.<

If you want to create a new character just logout and then 'sign up' again, but of course, with your new character's name. Then just go about posting the profile and starting up some rp as usual ^_^ Just remember to log on to the right chracter when you have more than one, I've replied as the wrong one before, most confusing for everyone XD
