Khellesi pushes open the grand doors of the palace with little effort, unusual that she has chosen not to arrive here through her own portal. She stands in the doorway, naked as always, the black patterns snaking across her pale blue skin. In her hands she clasps at what appears to be a folded blue satin cloth, concealing something of blatant ethereal qualities as the delicate package seems to glow faintly silver...
Khellesi eyes the vacant hall and steps inside, the doors sealing themselves again with a loud thud intended to alert inhabitants of her arrival. She waits for acknowledgement, aware that Draxus resides upstairs and it is with him she has come to barter...

Draxus appears before her suddenly, his eyes a tangled mass of red and yellow flames... He bares his sharpened teeth a little, eyes widening more at the item in the hands of the Goddess...
"You... Have a piece... Give it to me Khellesi..."
His eyes flare manically as his gaze moves to her own. His hair flicks in a ethereal wind, the silken black of it moving as if alive, his pale face becoming sharper and more inhuman as he takes a step towards Khellesi.
"You have no need of such an item, where as I... I must have it, I am incomplete without it."
He stops in front of her, faint shimmers in the air around him, energy trapped behind this realm, waiting to coat him in demonic armour, his sword shifting through existence to his fingertips, though still restrained by the bars of reality.
"So... Go on... State your desire... Anything..."

Khellesi makes no movement when the demon materialises before her, nor does her expression mark any indication of her thoughts or feelings. She simply stands there, stern as ever. Khellesi does not deny him his trinket and offers the blue silk package freely, allowing him to take it. "You are right, I have as much need for this broken artifact as you do... As for my price, I ask only that you side with me in uniting against Damien. That you and your Lord be present at my council and that I have your backing..." Her eyes fix on him, sensing that his will to fight for this item was simply awaiting his command...
"Take it. And promise your allegiance..."

Draxus essentially snatches the item from her, his eyes sparking violently as he does. He holds the item close, the energies fading around him, no more pressure from outside this realm.
He listens to her words, but doesn't yet respond as he intends to.
"Do you have any more of these... Artifacts?"
The item then fades as he sends it to his study, within the highly enchanted cabinet in which he keeps his most prized possessions. He stands up straight, brushing a hand through his hair and straightening his clothing a little. He looks almost irritated at himself now, and he could sense no more of the pieces around the Goddess... Finally he looks at her fully, the haze fading from his sight as he awaits an answer.

Khellesi blinks slowly at Draxus, standing perfectly still and seemingly calm. It was unusual to watch the Demon's self control subside ever so slightly for the broken trinket... But Khellesi herself is not exempt from this reaction when the cause is worth her attention...
"I possess many heirlooms. But no, none such as the ones you crave." She strides past him to the organ along the back wall, admiring the huge pipes, the intricate design on the ivory keys. Music was not her forte. She is a pragmatic, with no time for the fancy notions of airy artists and musicians. "I know where you might find more, however. But they are in the ownership of an organisation I beleive..."
Khellesi gives a side-ways glance to the Demon behind her, her eyes narrowing into mere slits, the neon green of her iris's glowing through dangerously. "So I have your word. You and your master will attend my council? And you will back my planning?"

Draxus snarls ever so slightly as his thin lips curl into words.
"I cannot vouce for my Master, but yes, if what you say is true, then, perhaps. Should your information lead me to more of these rarities I shall truly consider joining your little scheme. Of course, should I join, I will want certain rights and powers within the organisation... I was not created to be a mere member of just any group... As you are aware, I'm sure."
He turns now, gazing about the room slowly, a dark flare in his eyes at the prospect of finding more of his eternal desire.
"So... Go on... Tell me what you know of these infidels who choose to claim that which is rightfully mine."
He turns to her again, sweeping his hair behind him, his face even less human that normal in it's agitation, a perfection to his waiting form completely beyond human craft...

Ah, ever the elaborator, his words, his actions. His over the top mannerisms that made her sneer. She arches a slender eye brow at his sentence. "These infidels, as you call them, have every right to the artifacts that fell into their layer..." She turns away from him to the organ once more. She did not care for the whereabouts of Lucifers broken mask, or any other of his heirlooms that spread across all realms and layers with the impact of his fall to Hell. But she had a vague idea where they might be. Khellesi could take them if she wanted, along with many other treasures. Snatch them away like some hoarding dragon. But these were not things that held her fancy, these cold hard possessions that would not make it past the end, so why collect them?
Her portal materialises and spreads across the reality of this layer, ripping through to her own realm. "They are in the possession of an order. I would look closer to home Draxus, to the humans you allow to infest your grand palace" She steps into a cold, stone hall and turns to face him again. "The council will be in three days." With that her portal closes, leaving no trace of it ever having been there...
